We at Saturn Labs are setting up our data capture warehouse near Bengaluru, India and seeking critical feedback on our data quality and recording processes.
Teleop in Sim
We are using Isaac Sim to record multiple hardware forms (UR10/Franka/dexterous hands) with multiple input modalities (Spacemouse, Meta Quest, SO-ARM101, RGB Cam). Most tasks include pick and place, bin sorting and bin packing. Additionally, we are training people in recording demonstrations using our stack and devices.
Visually Accurate Assets
We are reconstructing highly photorealistic 3D assets for use in robotic simulation and training vision transformers with only RGB frames from an iPhone camera. We are validating our reconstruction pipeline and capture methods with globally leading vision research groups. Post being created, each asset is cleaned and verified by our human artists.
Locomanipulation Ego-centric Data
We have partnered with one of the largest home services companies and warehouse grocery chains in India and are scaling locomanipulation ego-centric data collection. Additionally, we are training operators to record failure case demonstrations - one of the key samples underrepresented in today's datasets.
